* Please note: not all commissions are accepted and we rarely take on glass repairs.

Design.
During our 30 minute consultation, we will work with you to understand and find solutions for your design. During this stage a clear picture of the project will be developed.
* Don’t have the perfect design? No problem, we can work with you on the design and offer professional advice at an hourly rate.
Realization.
Once we have all of the information and the design and costs have been agreed, we will begin production or prototyping. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes! Once you have filled in the form and we have contacted you with our interest, we can set up a 30 minute consultation. Make sure you come with a clear picture or idea, we charge for professional advice after the first 30 minutes.

Absolutely! We offer design support and professional advice at 150€ per hour.

We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of the production costs, but as with all bespoke works changes and alterations incur an additional fee.
The studio production rates are 1850€ per day for hot glass production and 75€ per hour for cold glass processing.
We rarely take on commissions that do not fulfill one day of hot shop production.

Typically that depends on the time frame of the project, the running projects in the studio, and the budget. Typically bespoke commissions can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months to complete.

Yes. We are happy to crate and ship the finished works for a fee. You are always welcome to pick up the pieces at the studio. We do ask that you provide your own packaging material unless agreed upon in the design.

The 30 minute consultation is free.
If we need to assist with the design or advice, we charge 150€ per hour, for which we will invoice for immediately.
Once we have agreed upon the budget and estimate, 50% of the total budget is invoiced. This amount is non-refundable and is used for the purchase of materials and scheduling.
* please note any changes made to the design at this stage will incur an additional fee.
At the completion of the project, the remaining 50% of the total price is invoiced and the work can be picked up after the payment has been received.
If we are shipping the artwork or project, we will determine the price for shipping and crating and will invoice separately. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship the work.
