Gent Glas is a public glass-blowing studio co-founded by resident artist John ‘Sleepy’ Moran. Moran has over 25 years of experience, and can be seen on Blown Away Season 3 on Netflix. Since 2015, Gent Glas has opened its doors to the public for events, demonstrations, and workshops, offering thousands of people the chance to experience glass. Although Covid had an impact on live events and public offerings, Gent Glas has re-emerged as a top-tier, professional studio focused on highly crafted works of art for collectors, commissions, and galleries. We pride ourselves with excellence and perfection in all that we do.

Led by John Moran and his unique sculptural style, Gent Glas is also the home studio to Marta Byrdziak, an expert sculptor in her own right, and Bavo Cremers, an up and coming glass maker building his own unique brand. One thing has not changed, Gent Glas is a place that showcases the International Glass Community through its gallery/showroom and public demonstrations.
